Where: Out in the deep country, 85 miles South West of

Oklahoma City, 19 miles South of Anadarko, 7 miles South

of Ft. Cobb, and about 31 miles North of Lawton/ Fort Sill.

 

Direction from Apache: From the T-stop at North end of Town (HWY 19 , 62, & 281), turn left (West) 4 ½ miles on HWY 19;  turn right (North) on tar road (CS 2550) and go 5 miles; turn left (West) on gravel road (CR 1410) and go 3/4 miles.

 

Alternate Direction from Apache: From the T-stop at North end of Town (HWY 19 , 62, & 281), turn right (East) 3/4 miles to 4 – Way Stop (Apache school on your left); Turn left (North) on HWY 62 and go 5 miles North; turn left (West) on gravel road (CR 1410) and go 5 and 3/4 miles .

You are invited to join Jag Sodhi for simple yoga exercises and enjoy relaxation, flexibility, health, and peace of mind. Starting every Saturday from 25 April to 30 May, 2009, from 9 – 9:45 am at Lavender Valley Acres, Apache, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Jag Sodhi is a native from India and has been practicing Yoga all his life. Yoga is credited with building strength and developing stamina while encouraging mental balance. Before immigrating to USA, he had the privilege to learn yoga from the well-known Yoga Ashram, New Delhi, India. Jag Sodhi is a semi retired Professor, and is growing Lavender as a hobby.
